About us
We believe that no one in our community should face hunger.
We are part of a nationwide community of food banks, supported by Trussell, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
Cramlington Foodbank is a ministry of St Nicholas’ Church in Cramlington. We provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and practical support to people in Cramlington.
Our vision is one of working together in our community. A vision of supporting and caring for one another to ensure that those in need of support receive it. We want to see more people helped out of crisis and fewer people needing food banks in the future.
In order to run our food bank we rely fully on these donations and are therefore extremely grateful for the kindness of local businesses, retailers, schools, churches, community groups, families and individuals.
